Rockharbor Valentine’s Day Cooking Class

I just recently held another cooking class at Rockharbor Church and this time the theme was Valentine’s Day. I taught them how to do various techniques using fondant and chocolate ganache. We made three different types of cupcakes and mini chocolate heart-shaped cakes. The night was a blast and to top it off half of everything we made went to Rockharbor’s ministry “Broken Hearts”, which ministers to people in need in the downtown LA area.
