Busy, Busy, Busy

The holidays are here and it’s definitely a busy time of year for me! Here are some of my favorite photos from different events that I’ve done. The first photo shows some mini desserts that I did for a wedding reception a couple of weeks ago. There are mini keylime tarts, mini peanut butter chocolate pies, and mini white chocolate raspberry tarts. The second photo shows some mouth-watering turtle brownies. These will knock you away in one bite! Lastly, I made a pumpkin caramel cheesecake for Thanksgiving. These were out of this world delicious! They had a gingersnap and pecan crust, then a layer of pumpkin cheesecake, and the topping was a cream cheese and caramel layer.

Tennis Ball Cake

This year my mom and her team went to National’s for tennis and WON!!! They are the 4.5 Women’s National Champs!!! So for the team party I thought I would make a cake that was a little outside the box. Everyone seemed to love the giant tennis ball cake and I heard even more ohh’s and ahh’s once they started to eat it…my favorite part!
